Cancellation Policy

• Refunds available before March 1st, 2024 (Less non-refundable deposit).

• 50% refund available between March 1-31st, 2024.

• No refunds available after March 31st, 2024.

• NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

No one books a trip with the intention to cancel! We know you will be there if you can. The cancellation policy is in place because your instructor and the resort will have both made non-refundable financial commitments as well.

 

Your reservation is completely transferable so if you can find someone else to take your place there will be no penalty.

If your space is filled by the resort or the instructor you may be eligible for a partial refund, not to exceed 50% after March 31st, 2024.
